more spGathering together in workshops to do group work helps us learn how to work together in a mutually compassionate, respectful and creative way. It allows us to connect with others while we develop the ability to create Choral Energy that can support the individual in his or her personal goals while emitting positive, transformational energy that benefits the entire group and the community we live in, as well.

Think of how a choir works. Each person in the choir has a unique voice, and is a unique individual, but together they harmonize to create a beautiful sound that they could not create on their own. This is why coming together to do group work can be particularly powerful: it not only creates a greater energy than we can create on our own for our own personal benefit, but it creates a harmony that has ripple effects that propagate outwards to others, as well.

Some of the more specific benefits are:

– giving and receiving support and compassion without judgment, attachment or the need to control.

– connection with others while learning what healthy boundaries look and feel like.

-practice interacting in new ways that make you feel empowered, whole, and ever more true to yourself – so you can bring that into all your interactions with others and your important relationships in your “real life”.

In Person and Online Group Experiences currently available:

Family Constellations Workshops – These workshops help develop both an awareness of your family dynamics and how to resolve them for your personal wellbeing, and of how group energy can enhance the healing process. They are excellent containers for developing awareness of your mind-body-intuition connections and how to tune into them for greater strength in your daily life and in all relationships.

Forest Bathing Workshops in the Southern Kettle Moraine – Forest Bathing is something more than just spending time in nature. Through a combination of learning about the life of the forest and some grounding techniques, you will experience the forest in a new way.
